How have you all been doing? Recently I've been very down about my weight since even though I have pretty much always lived a sedentary lifestyle.. I've always been sitting around 113~118.I've gone up to 124lbs and it's very hard because even though it's about 9lbs... none of my pants really fit anymore!
I've been working out, but the scale doesn't move... which is discouraging.
I really want to do this the healthy way but it's so much easier to just not eat (don't worry, I don't do that anymore.)
My routine is mostly running a couple days a week, and tennis one day a week. I know I need to start lifting and making my workouts a bit harder!
I've also run into this problem of just binge eating and snacking a ton. When I'm bored, I snack.
My self-control has been awful lately.
What keeps you motivated?
I've been trying to do this thing where I don't buy anything, and not even go out to eat unless I start losing weight. I want to get back to to 115lbs before I start going out to eat with my friends again. >:
I'm too scared to even take my measurements right now...
Definitely need to make time for a proper blog post with reviews and such. I've been lacking lately!
