Getting Fit is a Tough Road.

Hey Everyone,

How have you all been doing? Recently I've been very down about my weight since even though I have pretty much always lived a sedentary lifestyle.. I've always been sitting around 113~118.I've gone up to 124lbs and it's very hard because even though it's about 9lbs... none of my pants really fit anymore!



I've been working out, but the scale doesn't move... which is discouraging.






I really want to do this the healthy way but it's so much easier to just not eat (don't worry, I don't do that anymore.)

My routine is mostly running a couple days a week, and tennis one day a week. I know I need to start lifting and making my workouts a bit harder!

I've also run into this problem of just binge eating and snacking a ton. When I'm bored, I snack.


My self-control has been awful lately.

What keeps you motivated?

I've been trying to do this thing where I don't buy anything, and not even go out to eat unless I start losing weight. I want to get back to to 115lbs before I start going out to eat with my friends again. >:

I'm too scared to even take my measurements right now...


I hate running! But this is true... trying hard to no lose motivation and the long term!


It's a struggle but I CAN DO IT!








Strange post...? Well, this was intended to be a fitness blog after all... haha.

Definitely need to make time for a proper blog post with reviews and such. I've been lacking lately!

    It's the last move in the video called Burpees. He hates these but I like them for some weird reason. Maybe try switching up your routine a bit?

  2. I've been trying to get active too! I'm tired of being a fattie D: I recommend Pop Pilates by Cassey Ho on youtube. It looks deceivingly easy, deceiving being the operative word!

I love how you integrated the describing and encouraging pics in with your update :3 I'm glad you can still keep cheering yourself on ^^ and you are never without so many of your friends to cheer along with you :) I think you're doing pretty good compared to nothing! You will notice your progress love ^^
